AI may make drafting faster while the publication queue keeps growing. The bottleneck can be an unclear review process rather than a lack of text.
Use four review stages to move one post toward publication with Smart Agent Blog’s unpublished saving and preview workflow.
Name the reason the draft is blocked
Before rereading everything, write down what is missing: an unchecked specification, a photograph, a clear conclusion or a reviewer. Turn “needs improvement” into a concrete task.
For a fictional bag post, that might be “confirm internal dimensions with the product owner” or “photograph the actual packed contents.” A specific task has a completion point; an indefinite request for better writing does not.
1. Check facts
- Verify product names, models, prices, materials and dimensions.
- Match delivery and service conditions to current information.
- Confirm that experiences described actually occurred.
- Remove unsupported performance or effect claims.
Fluent AI wording is not evidence. Keep a note of the source and either verify, remove or hold uncertain information before publication.
2. Check the answer
Does the body answer the title’s question? Prioritize the necessary conditions and conclusion before polishing individual phrases. If the post now serves two different purposes, consider narrowing the current article instead of repeatedly expanding it.
3. Check the display and links
Select an author and save the article unpublished. Open the saved preview in the intended theme and inspect it on a narrow screen as well.
| Item | Completion check |
|---|---|
| Images | Relevant and understandable |
| Headings and tables | Usable on a phone |
| Product links | Correct product and conditions |
| Related articles | Correct published destinations |
| Author and search description | Consistent with the body |
4. Publish and inspect the actual page
Once reviewed, save it as published or schedule it if appropriate. Open the real storefront article after publication. A correct editing screen and a correct reader-facing page are separate checks.
If several people review content, record the checks in your team’s shared notes. This workflow does not assume the app includes an assignee-based approval system.
Define done and finish one post
Use accurate facts, an answered question and usable display and links as publication criteria. Avoid repeated review cycles based only on personal wording preferences. Separate issues that can be refined after publication from errors that must be fixed first. Choose one draft and translate its current blocker into an action someone can complete.
