Review an AI draft

Natural-sounding AI text is not necessarily accurate.

GoalCheck and publish an AI article
TimeAbout 10–20 minutes per article
Before you startConfirm the article is saved as Hidden

Find the suggested article

Open it from any of these places:

  • the AI Auto Blog history on the Smart Agent Blog home screen;
  • Articles → AI-generated; or
  • Articles → Hidden.

The history on the home screen shows the generation time, article title, and status. If the article was created, select View article to open the editor. The AI-generated tab lists only articles created by this app's AI and is useful for reviewing older runs. If email notifications are enabled, you also receive a message when generation finishes.

Required checks

Product information

  • Product names, materials, sizes, colors, and prices are correct.
  • The article does not introduce a product you do not sell.
  • It does not describe features or effects that do not exist.

Wording

  • Remove unsupported claims such as “always,” “guaranteed,” or “cures.”
  • Remove comparisons or assertions that could mislead customers.
  • Confirm that the language matches your store's normal customer service.

Readability

  • The title matches the body.
  • The same explanation is not repeated.
  • The flow is understandable from the headings alone.
  • The article ends with a useful next action for the customer.
  • Each image matches its description.
  • Product links open the intended product.
  • There are no links to unknown pages or unrelated third-party sites.

Make corrections

Edit the title, body, images, products, SEO Title, and SEO Description just as you would in a regular article. There is no autosave. Select Save after making changes or they will be lost when you leave the page.

Keep the article set to Hidden, save it, and use Preview to check the storefront appearance before publishing.

Publish the article

After the review, choose Visible in the Visible / Hidden section and select Save. Then check the article on the live store.

Make the article more useful

Add staff experience, common customer questions, or the reasons behind product development. These details turn a generic AI draft into an article specific to your store.

If the same problem continues

Review the AI Scheduled Blog Proposals settings when the same error appears repeatedly:

  • add accurate details to the business overview;
  • make themes and keywords more specific;
  • reference fewer products; and
  • describe the target audience more clearly.

If no article is generated, see AI is not working.
