Find and open articles
The article list contains blog articles stored in Shopify.
Search by title
Enter part of the title in Search by title, then run the search. Typing alone does not change the list. If nothing is found, try fewer words.
Switch the view
Four tabs are available above the list: All, Visible, Hidden, and AI-generated. Visible means the article is live on the storefront, and Hidden means customers cannot see it.
Filter by conditions
Use the filters next to the tabs to narrow the list further:

Enter the full tag or author name, not part of it. Applied filters appear above the list and can be removed one at a time or all at once.
Sort
Sort by Updated At, Published At, or PV (30 days). Dates can be shown newest or oldest first, and page views highest or lowest first.
Columns
Each row shows the thumbnail and title, status, author, blog, page views for the last 30 days, updated date, published date, and a View analytics button. Articles created by AI carry an AI-generated badge next to the title. The published date is empty for hidden articles.
Edit an article
Select an article row to open the editor. Change the title, body, author, visibility, or other fields, then select Save.
View or preview an article
Hover over a row to reveal the view icon next to the title. It opens the storefront article for a visible article, or a theme editor preview for a hidden one.
Open article analytics
Select View analytics at the end of a row to open the analytics screen for that article. Analytics is available on eligible plans and development stores. See View article analytics.
Create a new article
Use Create article at the top right to start a new article. See Create or edit an article.
The current Smart Agent Blog article list does not provide bulk publish, bulk delete, or scheduled-only filters. Use Content → Blog posts in Shopify admin for deletion and other Shopify operations.
If an article is missing
Clear the search field, select All, remove every applied filter, and check the next page. The list shows 20 articles per page. If the article still does not appear, confirm that it exists in Shopify admin.
