View the home screen
Select Smart Agent Blog in the left menu to open the app home. This is the first screen you see when you open the app.
The screen has two columns. The charts and lists are on the left, and Quick actions and User guide are on the right.
PV across all blog articles
This chart shows daily page views for all of your blog articles together. Use the selector next to the heading to switch between 7 days, 30 days, and 90 days, and the arrow to collapse or expand the chart.
Newly published articles, and stores that only recently started measuring, may not have data yet.
Today's PV and live viewers
Today's PV plots page views hour by hour from midnight to midnight. Hours that have not happened yet show as zero.
Next to the heading, the Live viewers badge counts the people who were reading an article within the last 90 seconds. It refreshes every 30 seconds.
Live viewers is an approximation. Network conditions and the moment a reader closes a page both affect it, so treat it as a sign of current activity rather than an exact figure. A value of zero is normal when nobody is currently reading.
Recent articles and popular articles
One card holds two tabs:
| Tab | What it lists |
|---|---|
| Recent articles | Up to 5 visible articles, newest published date first |
| Popular articles | Up to 5 articles with the most page views in the last 30 days (articles with zero views are omitted) |
Each row shows the thumbnail, title, blog name and published date, a Visible or Hidden badge, and page views. Select a row to edit that article, or select View all articles to open the article list.
Recent articles is sorted by published date, not by when you last edited. Editing an older article does not move it to the top of this list. Use the article list to search for a specific article.
The page views shown under Recent articles are only filled in when that article also appears under Popular articles. Otherwise the row shows zero. For per-article page views, use the PV (30 days) column in the article list.
AI history
A second card holds two more tabs, each showing the five most recent runs:
| Tab | What it lists |
|---|---|
| AI Auto Blog | Articles generated automatically. Status is Success, Failed, or Processing |
| AI Rewrite | Rewrite runs. Status includes Pending Approval, Fully applied, Partially applied, and Rejected |
Each row shows the run time, the article title, the status, and a button:
- Review opens the rewrite approval screen, where you compare the current and proposed text before applying it.
- View article opens the article for editing.
Review settings below the list opens the settings screen for whichever tab is selected — AI Auto Blog or AI Rewrite.
For the approval flow, see Use AI Rewrite.
Quick actions
| Action | Where it goes |
|---|---|
| Create new article | The new article screen |
| Settings | The settings screen |
| Post feedback | The feedback form |
| Upgrade plan | The pricing plans screen (shown only when an upgrade is available) |
There is no shortcut to article analytics here. To open analytics for a specific article, select View analytics at the end of its row in the article list.
The User guide card below opens this guide in a new tab.
A weekly routine
- Compare PV across all blog articles with the previous period.
- Check that recently published articles appear under Recent articles.
- Review the top entries under Popular articles.
- Look for failures or pending approvals in the AI history.
- Open analytics from the article list for any article worth a closer look.
A single number does not explain success. Compare the same metric over the same period, and see Review article analytics to investigate an individual article. If values are missing, see Analytics data is not displayed.
